Information you provide
When you send a quotation request, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, installation postcode, message and any door specials you selected. Unfinished quotation choices may be stored in your browser until you remove them or clear your browser storage.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the location and work are suitable, prepare or refine a quotation, arrange a survey where requested and maintain records connected with the enquiry.
Marketing choice
Sending a quotation request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Occasional marketing emails are only sent when you separately tick the optional marketing box, and you can withdraw that choice at any time.
Who receives it
Authorised Window Warriors personnel and service providers supporting our website, communications and quotation process may process the information. Product specifications may be shared with relevant manufacturers or suppliers when a factory price or technical confirmation is needed.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the quotation, customer-service and legal record-keeping purposes. Unfinished quotation baskets remain on your own device until you remove them.
